20 DM Injury Law Attorneys Named to 2026 Super Lawyers and Rising Stars Lists Across Three States

DM Injury Law has announced that 20 of its attorneys have been selected for inclusion in the 2026 Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists across Missouri, Kansas, and Oklahoma. The annual selections, published by Thomson Reuters, recognize lawyers who have demonstrated professional achievement and peer recognition in personal injury practice areas.

According to the firm's press release, the Super Lawyers selection process uses a multiphase methodology that includes statewide peer nominations, independent research evaluations, and practice area peer reviews. Under the program's criteria, no more than 5% of lawyers in a state or region are named to the Super Lawyers list, and no more than 2.5% are selected to the Rising Stars list, which is designated for attorneys who are 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less. Candidates are evaluated using 12 indicators, including verdicts and settlements, representative clients, experience, pro bono and community service, scholarly lectures and writings, honors and awards, educational background, bar or professional activity, and special licenses or certifications.

The 2026 honorees span DM Injury Law's offices in Missouri, Kansas, and Oklahoma. The Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers list includes five attorneys from the Kansas City office: Michael V. DiPasquale, Jason B. Moore, Blaine E. Dickeson, David Johnson, and Ryan Watson. The Rising Stars list includes 13 attorneys from the Kansas City office: Hyemin Byun, Devin Glasgow, Ashley Hart, Todd Lucas, Tristan Medlin, Spencer T. Phillips, Michael Propst, Robert E. Simmon, Ethan G. Scherer, Garrett Tuck, Drew Ward, Kelly St. John, and Taylor Sloan. Additionally, Matthew Sain from the St. Louis office and Chad Nelson from the Oklahoma City office were named to the Rising Stars list.

This recognition underscores the firm's commitment to securing compensation for clients in personal injury cases. DM Injury Law represents individuals in motor vehicle collisions, truck accidents, workplace injuries, premises liability, and wrongful death claims. The firm operates on a contingency fee structure, meaning legal fees depend on obtaining a recovery, and offers free consultations. To date, the firm's attorneys have recovered over $1 billion in compensation for clients.

The selections continue a trend of recognition for DM Injury Law, as attorneys at the firm have received Super Lawyers and Rising Stars honors in previous years, including 2025, 2024, and 2023. For more information about DM Injury Law, visit https://www.dmlawusa.com/.
