Accu-Temp Heating & Air Conditioning has announced the launch of its Oldest AC Giveaway, a community initiative designed to honor first responders and K-12 educators by providing a complete air conditioning system replacement valued at up to $9,000. The campaign, based in Flagler Beach, Florida, aims to address the challenges of outdated air conditioning systems in the region's warm climate, offering enhanced comfort, energy efficiency, and reliability to a deserving local hero.
The giveaway is open to qualified first responders and K-12 teachers residing within Accu-Temp's service area. Participants can enter by submitting an online form, with entries accepted until September 20, 2026. Five finalists will be selected and notified in advance, and the grand prize winner along with four runner-up recipients will be announced live during First Friday Flagler Beach on October 1, 2026, in collaboration with Surf 97.3 FM WQFB. This public announcement at a popular community gathering underscores the company's commitment to celebrating those who serve.
"We established the Oldest AC Giveaway to express our gratitude for the individuals who commit themselves to protecting, educating, and uplifting our community," a representative from Accu-Temp stated. "This initiative is our way of giving back in a meaningful manner that directly enhances someone's home and overall quality of life."
Outdated air conditioning systems often lead to increased energy costs, expensive repairs, and unexpected failures, particularly in Florida's demanding climate. By replacing an old system, the giveaway aims to provide peace of mind and improve living conditions for a local hero. The four runner-up prizes further broaden the opportunity for community recognition and reward.
Complete rules, eligibility criteria, and entry information are available on the company's website at accutemp.pro. Accu-Temp Heating & Air Conditioning is a locally owned HVAC company serving Flagler County and surrounding areas, specializing in residential heating and cooling services with an emphasis on quality workmanship and active community involvement.
