ADM Endeavors Secures Orders From 8 Fire Departments, Expanding Into Public-Safety Vertical

ADM Endeavors, Inc. (OTCQB: ADMQ), a vertically integrated provider of custom apparel and uniforms, announced that its subsidiary Just Right Products has received orders from eight city fire departments for uniforms and department apparel. The orders follow the company's first appearance as an exhibiting vendor at the 2026 Tarrant County Fire and Arson Investigators Association Conference held in Fort Worth, Texas.

This development opens a new growth vertical for the company, which has been expanding its government and institutional customer base. The fire department orders add to a roster that already includes 17 Texas cities, 12 school districts, 5 colleges, 3 counties, and 2 water districts. The company believes that fire departments represent a high-value, recurring revenue opportunity due to their consistent need for uniforms and branded apparel, funded by stable municipal budgets.

According to Marc Johnson, CEO of ADM Endeavors, the response at the conference was encouraging. "8 departments placing orders after a single day on the floor confirms that what we have built will continue to attract new customers in the future," he said. The company presented its public-safety lineup, including station wear, duty apparel, custom-embroidered uniforms, outerwear, and promotional products for community outreach and fire-prevention programs.

The public-safety sector is particularly attractive because firefighters and support staff require durable apparel that is replaced on a regular cycle, creating steady demand less dependent on consumer spending trends. Furthermore, fire departments often operate in close regional networks, facilitating referrals that can lead to additional contracts. The company also sees opportunities to expand wallet share by providing promotional products for recruitment and community events.

This announcement comes on the heels of the company's return to profitability in the second quarter of 2026. As reported in its Form 10-Q, revenue increased 11.4% to $1,307,924, with promotional products revenue growing 19.7%. Net income was $62,061, compared to a net loss of $(69,110) in the prior-year period. The company attributes this improvement to lower administrative costs and increased capacity following its move to a new 100,000-square-foot facility in Fort Worth.

The new fire department orders are expected to follow a similar path to the company's municipal and school customers, where initial orders often lead to recurring annual programs. With Texas home to more than 1,500 registered fire departments, the company sees substantial room for growth. "Our Fort Worth facility gives us room to support substantially more volume, and we believe public safety is a natural extension of the work we already do," Johnson added.

ADM Endeavors plans to pursue additional departments across North Texas and beyond using its relationship-driven approach. The company will provide periodic updates as the public-safety vertical develops. For more information about ADM Endeavors, visit https://admendeavors.com.
