Advanced Behavioral Health, Inc. (ABH) has expanded its mental health services to Washington County with the opening of a new outpatient office in Hagerstown. The office, located at 265 Mill Street, Suite 800, began serving patients on September 1, 2026, marking the organization's first presence in the county.
