American Fusion Launches Government Procurement Segment to Diversify Operations

American Fusion(TM) Inc. (OTC: AMFN) is broadening its business model beyond fusion energy development by launching a Government Procurement Services operating segment. The company announced an initial transaction tied to a Canadian Department of National Defence procurement requirement, involving the supply of specialized RF measurement equipment.

The purchase order, valued at approximately $58,000, was issued by Canadian contractor Effective Acceleration Ventures Ltd. (EAV). American Fusion will deliver two 53100A Phase Noise Analyzer units for use under the defense contract. Management views this procurement segment as a strategic move to build relationships within institutional and defense-sector channels while its core fusion platform continues development.

Through its subsidiary Kepler Fusion Technologies, American Fusion is advancing the Texatron(TM) fusion platform, designed for modular energy applications. The company remains committed to its long-term goal of developing next-generation fusion energy technologies, but the new procurement segment provides an immediate revenue stream and operational diversification.

The expansion into government procurement allows American Fusion to leverage its technical expertise in RF measurement and other specialized equipment, potentially opening doors to larger defense contracts. This dual-focus strategy aims to strengthen the company's financial position while pursuing its fusion energy mission.
