Las Vegas social media personality and recording artist Ana Saia will perform live at Alchemist Bar & Restaurant on Friday, July 10, 2026, at 7:00 PM, marking her return to the Spring Mountain Road stage and debuting a signature cocktail created for the event, according to a press release.
Known online as the "Redheaded Latina," Saia has amassed over 6 million followers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, making her one of Las Vegas' most recognizable local influencers while continuing to grow her career as a recording artist and live performer. A well-known figure in the local community, Saia actively supports businesses, events, and charitable causes. Her connection to Chinatown reflects the strengthening bond between Spring Mountain Road's creative community and Southern Nevada artists.
Earlier this year, Saia delivered an impromptu sing-along of Selena's "Como la Flor" inside Alchemist that resonated with patrons and gained traction on social media, turning a spontaneous moment into a full-featured performance on the same stage. "I love being part of the vibrant Vegas community," Saia said in the release. "Performing at Alchemist is a testament to how much we uplift and support one another. The Alchemist team has poured their heart and soul into crafting this special night, and I'm committed to bringing that same energy to my performance."
To celebrate the collaboration, Alchemist's mixology team created a limited-edition signature cocktail inspired by Saia called the Pickle Pick Me Up. The specialty drink blends sweet and spicy flavors with a spice-dusted rim and a pickle-and-pepper garnish, matching the event's playful theme. The cocktail debuts on show day and will be available for a limited time. "It's my first time having a drink created just for me, and I can't wait to share it with everyone on show day," Saia said.
Alchemist Bar & Restaurant has become a distinctive nightlife destination along the Spring Mountain Road corridor, known for its craft cocktail program and live entertainment. The venue was recently featured in the Las Vegas Review-Journal's roundup of standout summer cocktails, highlighting the ongoing evolution of Chinatown's dining and nightlife scene. For attendees, early arrival is strongly recommended due to the mix of live music, a limited-time signature cocktail, and the venue's popularity. Alchemist is located at 4300 Spring Mountain Road, adjacent to the Shanghai Plaza, with parking available in surrounding plazas.
The July 10 performance is free and open to the public. Together with new restaurant openings and special community events, such evenings continue to showcase why Las Vegas Chinatown has become one of Southern Nevada's fastest-growing destinations for food, nightlife, and culture.
