Auddia Uses Public GPU Pricing Benchmark to Frame LT350's AI Infrastructure Opportunity

Auddia Uses Public GPU Pricing Benchmark to Frame LT350's AI Infrastructure Opportunity

Auddia Inc. (NASDAQ: AUUD) today spotlighted newly available market data that underscores the scale of the AI infrastructure opportunity for LT350, its distributed AI data center subsidiary, ahead of its planned merger to form McCarthy Finney. The company cited a recent SEC filing by SharonAI Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: SHAZ), which disclosed a $1.25 billion, 60-month contract to deploy and operate 8,200 NVIDIA B300 GPUs for a global cloud customer. According to reports, the contract equates to approximately $30,488 per GPU per year.

Auddia is using this publicly available benchmark to help investors contextualize the potential of LT350's model relative to a previously disclosed internal DCF analysis of $250 million for McCarthy Finney, fifty percent of which is attributed to LT350. Jeff Thramann, CEO of Auddia and Founder of LT350, stated, "We are not providing forecasts or forward revenue projections outside of what is disclosed in our recent S-4 financing. But I believe publicly disclosed market pricing helps investors understand why distributed AI infrastructure is emerging as one of the most compelling opportunities in the sector."

LT350's model is distinct from centralized data centers. Its patented canopy architecture is designed for deployment in existing parking lot airspace, with each 2,000-square-foot module supporting up to 480 GPUs using a 2:1 GPU-to-battery cartridge ratio. Auddia previously announced that LT350's REIT partner controls 4,000,000 square feet of suitable parking-lot airspace. If fully deployed, the footprint could support approximately 960,000 GPUs. Using the $30,488 per GPU per year benchmark, this would represent $29 billion in annualized market-equivalent pricing. Auddia emphasizes that actual pricing, utilization, and deployment levels will vary and that the company applies significant discounts in its internal DCF analyses.

Beyond the REIT partnership, LT350's architecture is designed for broad applicability across hospitals, universities, retail centers, industrial facilities, and municipal properties. Key advantages include closed-loop liquid cooling with zero water consumption, battery-buffered grid support, and modular scaling from a single canopy to thousands. Thramann added, "Our IP portfolio gives us a proprietary position in a category that is only beginning to emerge."

The merger, announced on February 17, 2026, will combine Auddia with Thramann Holdings, which owns LT350, Influence Healthcare, and Voyex. Upon completion, the new entity, McCarthy Finney, will trade under NASDAQ: MCFN. For more information about LT350, visit www.LT350.com. The LT350 whitepaper is available here.
