Broadcasters and integrators attending IBC2026 in Amsterdam will see more than isolated product demos at the BZBGEAR stand. The company is assembling a complete camera-to-fiber broadcast chain, running continuously for all four days of the show. The exhibit, located in Hall 11, Stand 11.A26, is designed to show how four critical stages of a modern production workflow can operate as one system rather than as disconnected components.
The chain begins with acquisition. BZBGEAR is bringing its ADAMO auto-tracking PTZ cameras in two IP versions: the BG-ADAMO-4KND with NDI|HX 3 and the BG-ADAMO-4KDA with Dante AV-H. Both models deliver up to 4K at 60Hz over HDMI 2.0 and 12G-SDI, with 12X or 25X optical zoom. AI-powered auto-tracking in Presenter and Zone modes enables hands-free operation, while integrated red and green tally lights provide clear on-air status from any angle. An onboard microSD writer records up to 1TB of 4K video, eliminating the need for a separate iso recorder. Data, power, and control travel over a single category cable, simplifying installation. For HD coverage, the BG-ADAMO-JRND and BG-ADAMO-JRDA offer the same control workflow and single-cable setup at 1080p at 60Hz, with 12X, 20X, and 30X zoom options. Using both lines together allows a 4K hero angle and HD supporting angles to be managed from one control surface.
Production is handled by the BG-Commander-UltraX, an all-in-one 4K switcher and PTZ joystick controller with onboard recording. It features four HDMI inputs accepting sources up to 4K at 30Hz, separate program and monitor outputs, a 7-inch touchscreen, a 4D joystick, a step-less knob, and a sliding T-bar. Built-in chroma key, picture-in-picture, logo overlay, and a full transition set cover essential production needs. A USB-C webcam output sends the program feed directly to streaming or conferencing platforms as a virtual camera, and recording goes to a USB drive or SD card without a PC in the signal path. Camera control is via ONVIF 2.8 and VISCA over IP.
The BG-STREAM-DE encoder-decoder-recorder bridges baseband and IP. It encodes H.265 or H.264 at up to 1080p at 60Hz from SDI or HDMI, with output up to 3840x2160 at 60Hz. SDI and HDMI loop-through preserve local feeds during contribution. Transport options include SRT, RTMP, HLS, RTSP over HTTP/TCP/UDP, and TS over UDP in unicast or multicast, with NDI and Dante AV-H available under separate license. Audio embed and de-embed use 3.5mm connectors, and USB 3.0 recording to MP4, TS, or MOV provides a safety copy without additional hardware.
For long-distance transport, the BG-IPGEAR-XTREME-F carries 8K at 60Hz 4:4:4 with DSC 1.2a, uncompressed 4K at 60Hz 4:4:4, and visually lossless 4K at 144Hz 4:4:4 over single-mode fiber up to 10 kilometers at zero-frame latency. It supports 48Gbps video bandwidth, HDCP 2.3, full-duplex RS-232, bi-directional IR, CEC pass-through, 1G Ethernet pass-through, and USB 3.1 Gen1/Gen2 KVM over the same fiber.
"Every broadcaster we talk to is solving the same problem from four different directions at once — how to acquire it, how to cut it, how to get it on the network, and how to move it across a campus or a city," said Eugene Bocharov, CEO of BZBGEAR. "Showing one box at a time doesn't answer that. So this year we're bringing the whole chain to Hall 11 and running it end to end, and our engineers will be standing next to it for four days. Bring us the path that won't hold and we'll work it out on the stand."
The demonstration matters because it addresses a common industry pain point: interoperability. By presenting a cohesive workflow, BZBGEAR aims to show that broadcasters can reduce integration complexity, simplify training, and deploy a consistent control layer from acquisition through transport. The continuous operation at IBC2026 will allow attendees to evaluate real-world performance and discuss specific technical challenges with engineers on site.
