CiTech and Terma Sign MOU to Integrate Radar into Autonomous Communications Platform for European Defence

Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. (CSE: CTTT) (OTC: CITLF) (FRA: X9V) announced the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Terma A/S, Denmark's largest defence technology company, to explore combining Terma's radar systems with CiTech's Self-Deploying Communications Platform (Nexus platform). The non-exclusive agreement establishes a framework for future cooperation focused on developing integrated solutions for defence and security applications in international markets, particularly in Europe.

The MOU outlines joint intent to identify commercial opportunities, assess technical feasibility, and collaborate on demonstrations of an integrated capability for European defence and security stakeholders. Specific areas of collaboration include exploring operational use cases enabled by a combined Terma radar and CiTech Nexus platform solution, assessing technical and operational feasibility of integrating Terma radar systems into CiTech's autonomous deployment platform, and planning for joint demonstrations at key European defence and security exhibitions.

Planned demonstrations include DAIMEX BALTIC 2026 in Lithuania (12–14 May 2026), the International Drone Summit in Riga (27 May 2026), and the 34th International Defence Industry Exhibition MSPO in Poland (8–11 September 2026). The companies will also hold periodic coordination meetings to review progress and determine next steps toward formal pilot or commercial agreements.

"This collaboration creates the opportunity to combine Terma's proven radar technology with CiTech's rapidly deployable autonomous communications platform. Together, we aim to demonstrate an integrated solution that supports defence and security operations in demanding environments," said Brenton Scott, Chief Executive Officer of CiTech.

Steen Trier, Vice President, Global Sales Surveillance & Mission Systems at Terma, added: "This MOU reflects Terma's ambition to collaborate with innovative partners to explore new operational applications of our radar technology. By assessing how our systems can complement CiTech's platform, we aim to evaluate solutions that enhance situational awareness and operational flexibility for defence and security customers."

Terma, founded in 1949, develops mission-critical products, systems, and services for defence, aerospace, and security applications, including radar systems, command and control solutions, space technology, and electronic warfare. The company is headquartered in Lystrup, Denmark, with operations across Europe, Asia, and the United States. More information is available at www.terma.com.

CiTech, listed on the CSE with operations in Perth, Western Australia, is creating autonomous, high-capacity, rapidly deployable technology for sectors including mining, defence, border security, and emergency services. The company's first product, the Nexus 16, aims to provide critical mobile telecommunications using patented self-deploying platform technology. The SDP is designed to support radio equipment including LTE and other payloads such as surveillance and anti-drone systems. CiTech has completed research and development and is now commercializing its products. More information is available at www.citech.com.au.

The partnership underscores the growing importance of integrated, autonomous systems for modern defence operations, combining communications infrastructure with advanced radar for enhanced situational awareness. The planned demonstrations will showcase the potential of this integrated solution to European defence stakeholders.
