Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. (CSE: CTTT) (OTC: CITLF) (FRA: X9V) (“CiTech”) has provided an update to its executed Letter of Intent (LOI) with H. Cegielski – Poznan S.A. (HCP), a subsidiary of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A. (PGZ), to establish a long-term strategic partnership focused on the production and deployment of the Nexus 20 autonomous platform in Central and Eastern Europe. The update follows a visit by CiTech CEO Brenton Scott to HCP’s headquarters in Poznan from May 20-24, 2026, where discussions advanced toward finalizing commercial, technical, and logistical arrangements.
Under the LOI, the first Nexus 20 prototype unit has been dispatched to HCP’s Poznan facility and is expected to arrive in late July 2026. This unit will be used for technical evaluation, training, and Proof-of-Concept demonstrations with regional stakeholders. The intended scope of cooperation includes establishing HCP as a manufacturing and integration hub for Nexus 20 platforms in the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region, facilitating technology transfer for local maintenance and operational support, and leveraging HCP’s position within the PGZ Group to pursue government and defence contracts.
The Nexus 20 platform provides rapid, autonomous telecommunications and surveillance infrastructure designed to support modern defence and critical security operations. By combining CiTech’s advanced platform technology with HCP’s industrial manufacturing capabilities, the partnership aims to deliver a sovereign-capable solution for European strategic clients.
