Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. (CSE: CTTT) (OTC: CITLF) (FRA: X9V) announced the execution of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with Aegis Critical Energy Defence Corp., a Canadian energy technology company specializing in advanced battery energy storage systems for defence, critical infrastructure, industrial, and AI data centre applications. The agreement establishes a framework for both companies to exchange confidential information and assess potential collaboration opportunities across secure energy, digital platforms, and critical infrastructure.
Under the NDA, the two entities will explore areas of mutual interest, including secure and resilient energy systems, digital platforms, data and systems integration, critical infrastructure and defence-adjacent use cases, as well as public safety, emergency response, and national resilience initiatives. The confidentiality agreement does not commit either party to a transaction or partnership but enables structured discussions while protecting proprietary and sensitive information, allowing the completion of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).

CiTech, listed on the CSE with operations in Perth, Western Australia, develops autonomous, high-capacity mobile communications and security platforms, including the Nexus 16, which targets mining, defence, border security, and emergency services. Its self-deploying platform (SDP) supports LTE and other payloads such as surveillance and anti-drone systems. Aegis integrates battery energy storage systems for mission-critical operations, working with Indigenous communities and global technology leaders.
The NDA signals a strategic alignment between two companies operating in high-stakes sectors where energy resilience and secure communications are increasingly vital. As cyber and physical threats to critical infrastructure grow, collaborations that combine advanced energy storage with autonomous communication platforms could enhance national preparedness.
