Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. (CSE: CTTT) (OTC: CITLF) (FRA: X9V) announced Monday that it will co-develop and commercialize an Arctic-ready version of its Nexus platform through a joint venture with an unnamed partner. The equally owned JV will focus on adapting the autonomous mobile communications and security platform for extreme-environment conditions, including testing and deployment in Arctic regions.
The joint venture will establish a facility in British Columbia to support integration and Arctic testing, and will seek to identify customers and partners across North America within defence and commercial industries. As part of the agreement, CiTech will contribute a Nexus platform unit and provide engineering support to adapt the system for Arctic conditions, while the JV partners will collaboratively develop new intellectual property surrounding Arctic readiness, sensor integration, and scaled deployment.
The Arctic Nexus platform is designed to support communications, monitoring, and operations in remote environments, including northern defence and industrial applications.
