Discover Healing, a global wellness education company founded by Dr. Bradley Nelson, has taken a significant step toward making its energy healing methods more accessible to Spanish-speaking populations. The company recently appointed Mary Ruiz as Director of Spanish Community Engagement and Staff Practitioner Manager, a move that underscores the growing demand for holistic wellness resources in Hispanic communities and highlights the potential of energy healing to address emotional and physical health issues that often go unaddressed.
Ruiz brings more than 16 years of experience in helping clients identify and release trapped emotions, with thousands of hours of client sessions and bilingual leadership skills. Her role will focus on expanding connections between Discover Healing and Hispanic communities, which have historically been underserved in the wellness industry. By offering education and practitioner training in Spanish, Discover Healing aims to reach individuals who might otherwise remain unaware of how trapped emotions and Heart Walls can limit their potential.
The importance of this outreach lies in the intersection of mental health, cultural access, and holistic healing. According to Discover Healing, trapped emotions are unresolved emotional experiences that can linger in the body and contribute to physical and mental health challenges. A Heart-Wall, described as an energetic barrier built from trapped emotions, can affect relationships, emotional resilience, and personal growth. These concepts, central to The Emotion Code, are taught as solvable problems, offering hope to those who have struggled with conventional approaches.
Ruiz is available to discuss a range of topics, including why emotional experiences continue to affect people long after the triggering event, what trapped emotions are and how they impact health, the nature of a Heart-Wall, what happens during an Emotion Code session, and common misconceptions about energy healing. Her expertise will be instrumental in addressing the questions and concerns that often arise when individuals first learn about these methods.
Discover Healing, founded on Dr. Bradley Nelson's bestselling book "The Emotion Code," has grown into an international movement spanning more than 108 countries and supporting over 16,800 certified practitioners. The company offers certification programs in The Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code systems, along with online resources, seminars, and community events. Its mission is to help people understand the relationship between emotional well-being, energetic balance, and physical and mental health while empowering practitioners with practical tools and education.
This expansion into Hispanic communities is more than a business decision; it reflects a broader trend in wellness toward inclusivity and cultural competence. By providing Spanish-language education and support, Discover Healing is addressing a critical gap in access to holistic health resources. For a community that often faces barriers to mental health care, these tools could offer a complementary path to healing.
Dr. Nelson's recent appearance on The School of Greatness with Lewis Howes further demonstrates his commitment to sharing this message with diverse audiences. The episode explored how negative subconscious beliefs prevent people from reaching their potential and how emotional subcurrents manifest physically. With Ruiz on board, that message can now reach more people in their native language, potentially transforming lives.
