Fairchild Gold Engages TerraEye for Property-Wide Exploration at Golden Arrow

Fairchild Gold Corp. (TSX-V: FAIR; OTCQB: FCHDF; Frankfurt: Y4Y) has taken a significant step to unlock the full potential of its Golden Arrow Gold-Silver Project in Nye County, Nevada, by engaging TerraEye to conduct a property-wide satellite-based spectral mapping and structural interpretation program. This initiative is designed to evaluate mineralogical and alteration signatures across the entire property, with a particular focus on underexplored areas beyond the known Gold Coin and Hidden Hill deposits, as well as around historic mine workings. The program will integrate satellite spectral analysis, image enhancement, structural lineament interpretation, and AI-assisted pattern recognition to identify prospective zones for further exploration.

The decision to deploy advanced remote sensing technology reflects Fairchild's strategic approach to cost-effective exploration. TerraEye's results will be combined with Fairchild's existing geological, geochemical, geophysical, and historical datasets to refine exploration targets and prioritize areas for field follow-up. This methodical process is expected to generate high-quality targets for subsequent ground-based exploration and drilling, potentially expanding the project's resource base.

Golden Arrow currently hosts a NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate of approximately 295,000 ounces of gold and 4.36 million ounces of silver in the measured and indicated categories at Gold Coin and Hidden Hill, with additional inferred resources. More than 61,000 metres of historical drilling has been completed at the project, primarily around these two deposits. The TerraEye program will assess the broader property, aiming to identify new mineralized zones that could add to the existing resource. The final technical report from this program is scheduled for late October 2026.

The exploration program at Golden Arrow is part of Fairchild's broader strategy to build a significant Nevada-focused exploration and development platform. The company holds a portfolio of three complementary assets: Nevada Titan, its flagship high-impact copper-gold exploration project in the historic Goodsprings Mining District; Golden Arrow, which provides an established open-pit gold-silver resource within the prolific Walker Lane mineral belt; and Carlin Queen, which offers additional gold-silver exploration exposure near the intersection of the Carlin and Midas-Hollister mineral trends. This diversified portfolio allows Fairchild to balance near-term resource development with high-upside exploration potential.

The use of satellite-based technology is becoming increasingly important in mineral exploration, as it allows companies to cover large areas efficiently and identify subtle alteration patterns that may indicate mineralization. By leveraging TerraEye's expertise, Fairchild is positioning itself to make data-driven decisions that could lead to significant discoveries. The integration of AI-assisted pattern recognition further enhances the ability to detect anomalies that might be overlooked by traditional methods.

Investors and stakeholders will be watching the outcomes of this program closely, as positive results could substantially increase the project's value. The exploration work at Golden Arrow is a testament to Fairchild's commitment to advancing its assets and creating shareholder value through systematic and innovative exploration techniques.
