Falcon Copper Corp. has finalized a $26.3 million private placement financing, the company announced, with proceeds earmarked to bolster its exploration and development initiatives. The offering was conducted in two tranches: $11.25 million raised on December 15, 2025, and an additional $15.05 million closed on December 18, 2025. Joseph Gunnar & Co. LLC served as the exclusive placement agent for the transaction.
This capital infusion strengthens Falcon Copper's balance sheet and provides the financial flexibility to advance its portfolio of critical mineral projects. The company is focused on copper-dominant, multi-critical minerals exploration in the Western United States, with assets spanning Montana, Nevada, Arizona, and Idaho. Its flagship property is the Blue Copper Project in Montana, and it also holds the Schell Creek Project, which is under a joint venture option with Rio Tinto’s Kennecott Exploration Company.
Falcon Copper's strategy aligns with U.S. government initiatives to secure domestic supplies of critical minerals such as copper, gold, zinc, tungsten, germanium, and gallium. These minerals are essential for national security, economic growth, and technological advancement. The company's portfolio includes nine strategic properties, with the acquisition of four additional assets in Idaho pending various consents.
The completion of this private placement marks a significant milestone for Falcon Copper, enabling it to accelerate its exploration programs and potentially advance projects toward development. The company's focus on critical minerals positions it to contribute to the domestic supply chain, reducing reliance on foreign sources.
