FingerMotion Inc. (NASDAQ: FNGR), a mobile data and telecommunications services company expanding into the enterprise AI compute market, has noted that Lyken AI Computing Inc., operating as Lyken.AI, has entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Singapore-based SWARMNET SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. The MOU outlines an indicative framework under which Lyken would lease, host, manage and/or otherwise make available a 128-node NVIDIA B300 AI compute cluster to Swarmnet for inference workloads, along with token optimization services and related commercial arrangements.
FingerMotion acquired a 9.9% interest in Lyken in an all-stock transaction valued at $500,000 that closed Aug. 17, 2026. The contemplated arrangement calls for an indicative five-year term, but remains subject to Lyken securing sufficient funding, execution of definitive agreements and other conditions, with aggregate indicative revenues to be determined and disclosed upon execution of definitive agreements.
The MOU represents a strategic move for FingerMotion as it diversifies into the rapidly growing AI infrastructure sector. By leveraging Lyken's planned deployment of high-performance NVIDIA B300 clusters, the company positions itself to capitalize on the increasing demand for AI inference capabilities. This demand is driven by the proliferation of large language models and other AI applications across industries.
FingerMotion's core business remains its mobile payment and recharge platform in China, but the company is actively developing additional value-added technologies to market to its users. The investment in Lyken aligns with this strategy, offering potential revenue streams from AI compute leasing and related services. The MOU with Swarmnet, if finalized, could provide a significant boost to FingerMotion's financial outlook, as the aggregate revenues from the five-year term are yet to be disclosed.
However, it is important to note that the arrangement is non-binding and subject to several conditions, including Lyken securing sufficient funding. This highlights the early stage of the deal and the inherent uncertainties in the AI infrastructure market. Nevertheless, the MOU demonstrates FingerMotion's commitment to expanding its footprint in the enterprise AI compute space, a sector expected to see substantial growth in the coming years.
