flatexDEGIRO, one of Europe's leading online brokerage platforms, has announced the creation of a new executive position, Chief Growth Officer (CGO), and the appointment of Dominik Beier to fill it. The move underscores the company's ambition to accelerate its growth trajectory across Europe and attract a broader range of investors.
Beier, who will report directly to CEO Oliver Behrens, will be responsible for the Group's growth and brand strategy, as well as fostering closer integration between product, customer experience, and marketing. This newly created role is designed to place growth, brand development, and customer engagement at the core of the company's corporate strategy.
The appointment comes as flatexDEGIRO seeks to build on its existing strengths. The company currently serves over 3.5 million customers across 16 countries, holds more than EUR 100 billion in assets under custody, and executed over 75 million securities transactions in 2025. With a robust market position, the company sees significant opportunities to expand its reach and engage new customer segments.
Dominik Beier brings extensive experience in scaling digital platforms. Most recently, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at Bitpanda, where he oversaw marketing, growth, and international expansion. Prior to that, he held leadership roles including CEO of the Interwetten Group and senior positions at Sportradar. His track record in driving growth for digital platforms aligns with flatexDEGIRO's goals.
