Founding partner Caspar Jivalagian, who focuses on workers' compensation, catastrophic injury, and premises liability, and Aaron Turchin, an attorney with over two decades of trial experience in personal injury and workers' comp matters, were both named to the Super Lawyers list in the personal injury plaintiff practice area. This is Jivalagian's first selection to the Super Lawyers list, while Turchin has now been recognized three times.
In addition, Tro Semerjian, who represents clients in habitability and personal injury cases, and Levon S. Yepremian, who handles employment disputes involving discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour issues, were named to the Rising Stars list. Semerjian received this honor for the first time, while Yepremian has been selected five times.
The Super Lawyers selection process involves a combination of peer nominations, independent research across 12 indicators of professional achievement, and peer review by practice area. Candidates are evaluated through formal nominations or the organization's own research, and finalists are rated by a panel of peers before the final list is determined. The Super Lawyers list represents the top 5% of attorneys in the state, while the Rising Stars list, which is limited to attorneys who are 40 years old or younger or have practiced for 10 years or less, represents the top 2.5%.

Super Lawyers verifies each candidate's standing with their local licensing authority and ensures no outstanding disciplinary matters.
