(TSX: GMIN) (OTCQX: GMINF) announced that its largest shareholder, La Mancha Investments S.à r.l., has exercised its top-up right under an investor rights agreement to increase its ownership stake to approximately 19.9%. In connection with the transaction, the company will issue 9,311,745 common shares to La Mancha at CAD45.89 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of about CAD427 million. The closing is expected on or about March 11, 2026, subject to customary conditions including Toronto Stock Exchange approval.
