GetLocals, a provider of private guided tours in Eastern Europe, announced a partnership with Klarna, a global digital bank and flexible payments provider. Starting in mid-January, customers will have access to Klarna's payment solutions at checkout, including Pay in Full, Pay in 30 Days, Pay in 3 interest-free instalments, and financing options. This initiative aims to offer greater transparency, convenience, and control over travel bookings.

The integration allows GetLocals to serve travelers across 15 countries with a smoother booking experience.
The partnership addresses the needs of younger travelers, who often prefer digital booking options and may be cash-constrained. According to GetLocals, 51% of those booking cultural, historic, and local tour experiences last year were Gen Z or Millennials. Features like reserve now and pay later cater to this digital-native segment. GetLocals operates in 15 Eastern European countries, offering tours through platforms such as GetLocals Moldova Tours, GetLocals Tallinn Tours, GetLocals Bucharest Tours, and others.
