Green Rain Energy Transitions from Development to Revenue as EV Charging Sites Near Activation

Green Rain Energy Holdings, Inc. (OTCID: GREH) has crossed a critical threshold, transitioning from planning to physical infrastructure as multiple electric vehicle charging sites near activation across the United States. The company's installations in San Diego and Rochester, New York, have passed inspections or are awaiting final energization, marking a shift from development to revenue-generating assets in a rapidly growing market.

In San Diego, at the Mission Valley Marriott, Green Rain completed the installation of four Level 2 EV charging stations. This destination-based site, owned by Driftwood Hospitality, is expected to undergo final inspection by San Diego Gas & Electric in the coming weeks. Once energized, the site will begin generating consistent revenue from longer-duration charging sessions. The company is already planning a second phase to add Level 3 fast charging, which would increase throughput and revenue per location. In Rochester, the Ridge Road site has passed inspection and is scheduled for electrification on April 16, transitioning from a project to an operating asset. Nearby in Mendon, a new site at 51 Assembly Drive has been deployed in partnership with Wallace Energy, extending Green Rain's footprint in New York, a state aggressively advancing electrification.

These developments occur against a backdrop of accelerating EV adoption. Rising fuel costs, driven by geopolitical tensions particularly in the Middle East, are pushing consumers toward electric vehicles for economic reasons as much as sustainability. The U.S. EV charging market is projected to exceed $50 billion by the end of the decade, yet infrastructure remains a critical constraint. Green Rain is positioning itself to address this gap by building real assets in high-demand locations.

“We are watching a structural shift unfold in real time,” said Alfredo Papadakis, Chief Executive Officer of Green Rain Energy Holdings Inc. “Rising fuel costs and global uncertainty are accelerating EV adoption far beyond what many expected. What was once a long-term transition is now happening much faster — and infrastructure is struggling to keep up. Our focus is simple. We are building real assets in real locations that are positioned to generate revenue. Each site we complete is another step toward creating a scalable network that grows alongside demand.”

For investors, this phase represents a departure from earlier stages of the company's development. The narrative is no longer about intentions but about completed installations, passed inspections, and imminent energization. Each milestone moves Green Rain further along the path from development to execution and from execution to revenue. As multiple projects advance in parallel, the company expects additional updates as new sites go live and fast-charging capabilities are introduced, expanding its footprint across key U.S. markets.
