Greenland Mines Ltd. (NASDAQ: GRML) has issued a shareholder letter from President Dr. Bo Møller Stensgaard, updating investors on key achievements since the company's rebranding in March. The letter highlights the September 1 closing of the Sarfartoq Neodymium-Praseodymium Rare Earths Project acquisition and ongoing development at the Skaergaard palladium-gold-platinum project, underscoring the company's strategic focus on critical minerals.

The Sarfartoq project, located in southwest Greenland, has been a focal point for the company. An independent Initial Assessment cited a high-case pre-tax net present value (NPV) of approximately $2.05 billion and an internal rate of return (IRR) of 118.6%, including Indicated and Inferred Mineral Resources. The updated resource estimate stands at 6.9 million tonnes of Indicated resources at 1.60% total rare earth oxides (TREO) and 5.3 million tonnes of Inferred resources at 0.96% TREO. Additionally, Neo Performance Materials holds strategic shareholder status with offtake rights for up to 60% of future Sarfartoq production, a move that could secure downstream demand for the project's output.

At Skaergaard, the company's July 2026 S-K 1300 Technical Report Summary revealed a 36% increase in Indicated palladium equivalent (PdEq) grade and a 31% increase in contained Indicated PdEq ounces compared with the 2022 estimate. This upgrade reflects the project's growing economic potential. Greenland Mines is currently conducting a 2026 field program that includes drilling, bulk sampling, geotechnical work, environmental baseline studies, and surveys. Bulk material from Skaergaard is slated for metallurgical and processing flowsheet testing at GTK Mintec in Finland, a critical step toward optimizing extraction methods.

The company has outlined clear milestones for the remainder of 2026. For Sarfartoq, it aims to advance toward targeted infill drilling and a Pre-Feasibility Study, while Skaergaard will progress toward an Initial Assessment evaluating a mining scenario. These steps are part of Greenland Mines' broader North Atlantic Critical Metals Corridor strategy, which seeks to link Greenland's mineral resources with allied downstream jurisdictions and industrial infrastructure. The strategy is designed to position the company as a multi-asset platform with exposure to rare earth magnet materials, precious metals, and selected midstream processing opportunities.
