Licensed cosmetologist Taylor Farkas has announced the grand opening of Hair By Taylor, located at the Salon and Spa Galleria Azle in Azle, Texas. The new salon offers a variety of services including haircuts for men, women, and children, with a specialization in color treatments such as full and partial highlights, balayage, root touchups, blowouts, and updos for special events.
With 11 years of industry experience, Farkas trained at Duvall's School of Cosmetology. She entered the field driven by a passion for the artistry of cosmetology, but soon discovered that the work was about more than just creating beautiful hair. "I learned that the best part was helping people feel confident, refreshed, and empowered," Farkas said. "I've been dedicated to providing personalized hair services, building lasting relationships with my clients, and creating looks that enhance each person's unique beauty."
Hair By Taylor provides specialized treatments including deep conditioning, hair glaze, split end treatment, and Brazilian blowouts, a semi-permanent technique that smooths and straightens hair. To celebrate the grand opening, Farkas is offering a $20 discount for new clients. "My goal is to make every appointment a relaxing, enjoyable experience where you feel heard, cared for, and confident," she said.
Farkas balances her professional life with time spent with her husband Chris and their two children, Beau and Opal Anne. She credits her family as her greatest joy and inspiration.
Hair By Taylor is currently accepting new clients by appointment only. Hours are Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Appointments can be scheduled through Farkas' booking site.
