The partnership outlines two key workstreams: manufacturing and selling GENREVER cosmetic products in the United States and supplying concentrated exosomes and conditioned media for clinics and an in-hospital cell processing center in Indonesia.
The collaboration builds on a six-year commercial relationship where Instinct Bio sourced raw materials from INVITRX for its quality assurance processes. Under the proposed agreement, Instinct Bio will license the GENREVER trademark, while Artisans Production Co., Ltd. contributes proprietary formulations and raw materials. INVITRX is expected to manufacture GENREVER products at its U.S. GMP facility, positioning the brand as a premium Japanese cosmetics line in the U.S. market, subject to regulatory approvals.
In Indonesia, the parties plan to collaborate on establishing a regenerative medicine platform. INVITRX would supply concentrated exosomes and conditioned media for proposed clinics and an in-hospital cell processing center, supporting one of Asia's fastest-growing healthcare markets. The companies will negotiate definitive commercial agreements covering manufacturing, supply, and commercialization while progressing regulatory assessments.
