IVOREE, an omnichannel engagement platform provider, has announced a partnership with the Kiowa Casino Operations Authority (KCOA) to deploy its mobile platform across all three Kiowa Casinos in Oklahoma. The agreement, which is now live, extends IVOREE's patron engagement technology and artificial intelligence capabilities to Kiowa Casino & Hotel in Devol, Kiowa Casino Carnegie in Carnegie, and Elk Creek Kiowa Casino in Hobart. The partnership matters because it demonstrates how tribal gaming operators can bridge aging legacy infrastructure with modern cloud-based systems to deliver personalized, mobile-first experiences to patrons.
The platform connects guests to a branded mobile experience that carries the guest journey from the gaming floor through all property amenities across the three locations. Patrons gain real-time access to account information, tailored offers, campaigns, promotions, and play mechanics driven by IVOREE's technology. An intelligent player-data layer enables each property to personalize the guest experience at the individual patron level while providing Kiowa Casinos with a unified view of engagement activity across all properties.
A key technical challenge was integrating Kiowa's existing systems landscape, which includes AS/400-powered systems and cloud-based solutions. "It was very important to us that we had a partner that demonstrated strength with technology integrations especially with our existing systems landscape," said Bob Dimmick, CEO of Kiowa Casinos. "It was very clear that the IVOREE team is the best on this front with their extensive systems integration and architecture design experience with the largest Operators in the US, Canada, Latin America and Africa, all done with security being a cornerstone of their solution delivery."
Manmohan Reddy, Head of Technology at IVOREE, noted that Oklahoma is a unique market and that Kiowa's systems landscape and integration with all of them was a key pillar identified early during the due diligence process. "We recognized the importance to them to ensure that was part of our critical success factors for this engagement," Reddy said.
Callie Singh, who has led marketing for Kiowa Casinos since 2010, said the operator conducted detailed due diligence on all aspects of the IVOREE platform, carefully reviewing its features for deployment across both gaming and non-gaming avenues. "Based on our in-person visits and discussions with several other Operators across the country already using IVOREE's existing platform, it was evident to us that their solutions were tried and tested in the field," Singh said.
The partnership also highlights the growing role of AI in the gaming industry. "AI is reshaping every part of the gaming industry - from player acquisition and loyalty to operations, security, and strategy," Dimmick said. Benjamin Keller, Head of Business Development at IVOREE, added that Kiowa Casinos is the kind of partner IVOREE was built for: a Sovereign Nation operator with a shared conviction in AI-driven engagement. "This partnership shows what our platform was built to do: deliver fantastic guest experiences through unique journeys in the most secure manner," Keller said.
IVOREE's platform serves historical horse racing operators, route markets, sovereign nation tribes, commercial gaming locations, restaurants, bars, and hotels across more than a dozen states in the US and Canada. The company provides mobile-first loyalty, gamification, social entertainment, and intelligent player data. For more information, visit ivoree.ai.
The Kiowa Casinos mobile solution is now live across all three properties. The announcement underscores the importance of systems integration expertise in bringing advanced engagement tools to tribal gaming operations, where legacy infrastructure often coexists with modern cloud platforms. The partnership also signals that AI-driven personalization is becoming a competitive necessity in the gaming and hospitality sector, even for operators with complex, multi-property environments.
