Jazmin Ramirez to Lead Marketing for Women in HVACR, Bringing Trades Experience to 1,200-Member Organization

Jazmin Ramirez, Executive Director of Growth at CI Web Group, has been appointed Marketing Chair for Women in HVACR, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women in the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration industry. The appointment places Ramirez on the organization's Board of Directors and tasks her with leading the committee responsible for promoting Women in HVACR and supporting communications across its 1,200-member network.

Ramirez brings nearly a decade of home services marketing and growth leadership to the role, along with direct trades experience. Before joining CI Web Group, she worked inside plumbing and HVAC companies, progressing from customer-facing positions into operations and marketing. In her current role at CI Web Group, an AI-enabled marketing agency built for the trades, she oversees sales and the customer lifecycle. That combination of hands-on industry knowledge and marketing expertise is increasingly valuable as the HVACR sector faces persistent labor shortages and works to attract more women to technical and leadership roles.

In her capacity as Marketing Chair, Ramirez will lead efforts to expand the organization's reach and amplify its resources. The marketing committee collaborates with other Women in HVACR committees on press and industry outreach, the organization's newsletter, marketing for its annual conference, and promotion of educational programs and member resources. "This role is an opportunity to help more women know what Women in HVACR has to offer and how they can be part of it," Ramirez said. "There is already so much great work happening across the organization. I'm excited to help tell those stories, expand our reach and make sure more women across the industry know these resources are here for them."

The appointment underscores the importance of mentorship, networking and professional development in an industry where women remain underrepresented. Women in HVACR supports more than 1,200 members through networking, mentoring and education designed to help women connect and advance. Since its founding in 2002, the organization has grown into a vital hub for women seeking career progression in a field traditionally dominated by men. By elevating a leader with direct trades experience, the organization signals its intent to bridge the gap between technical work and strategic marketing, potentially strengthening its ability to attract new members and partners.

Jennifer Bagley, CEO of CI Web Group, praised Ramirez's qualifications. "I've watched Jazmin take her deep understanding of the trades and grow into an incredible leader in this industry," Bagley said. "She understands the challenges contractors face, she knows how to bring people together, and she cares deeply about helping others succeed. I can't think of a better person to help lead the marketing efforts for Women in HVACR."

Ramirez's dual role at CI Web Group and Women in HVACR may also foster stronger ties between the marketing agency and the nonprofit, creating opportunities for joint initiatives that promote women in the trades. CI Web Group, which develops the Hydra OS website platform for home service businesses, has served HVAC, plumbing, electrical and home service companies nationwide for more than 20 years. That connection could prove beneficial as Women in HVACR seeks to expand its reach and resources. For more information, visit womeninhvacr.org or ciwebgroup.com.
