Kairos Gold Secures TSX Venture Exchange Listing, Set to Trade Under Symbol KIRO

Kairos Gold Inc. has received approval for listing on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) and will commence trading under the ticker symbol "KIRO" at the market opening on March 26, 2026, the company announced. The listing follows the completion of a previously announced private placement financing and reflects the company's transition from a private to a public issuer.

The company's Chilean portfolio includes five projects spanning 22,433 hectares within the prolific Chilean mega porphyry belt, known for rich deposits of gold, silver, and copper. Kairos Gold is advancing its exploration strategy with a focus on near-term drill targets and long-term resource growth.

Michelle DeCecco, Chief Executive Officer of Kairos Gold, stated: "The completion of our TSXV listing positions Kairos to enter the public markets supported by compelling gold fundamentals and strong investor demand for high-quality, well-positioned exploration companies. Our Chilean portfolio is located within established metallogenic belts and underpinned by a robust geological framework, providing a solid foundation for systematic exploration. As a public company, we are focused on delivering consistent technical progress and executing on a clear path to fully realize the potential of our assets to generate long-term shareholder value."

Upon listing, the company will have 39,212,767 common shares issued and outstanding, with an additional 12,912,350 common shares reserved for issuance pursuant to outstanding stock options and warrants. Further details are available in the company's Listing Application dated March 23, 2026, accessible under the company's profile on SEDAR+.

The listing provides Kairos Gold with access to public capital markets to fund its exploration activities, particularly at its Las Garillas and Carmona gold projects. The company intends to allocate capital toward systematic exploration and follow-up drilling at these projects.

Forward-looking statements in the announcement include expectations regarding the commencement of trading, exploration plans, and the ability to allocate capital. Risks include potential delays in listing, commodity price fluctuations, regulatory and permitting matters, and financing conditions.
