The new directors bring extensive experience across mining operations, capital markets and corporate leadership, supporting governance and strategic oversight during the company’s next phase of project development and planned production restart in Val-d’Or, Quebec.
Paul Ténière is a mining engineer with over 40 years of experience in the mining industry, including senior roles at major mining companies. Peter Espig has more than 30 years of experience in capital markets and investment banking, specializing in the mining sector. Jeff Swinoga brings over 25 years of corporate leadership and financial expertise, having served as CFO of several public companies. The appointments come as Preet Gill and Harveer Sidhu have resigned from the board effective March 15, 2026.
LaFleur Minerals is focused on the development of district-scale gold projects in the Abitibi Gold Belt near Val-d’Or, Québec.
