LaFleur Minerals Secures $7.8M in Funding to Restart Gold Production at Beacon Mill in Abitibi Belt

LaFleur Minerals Inc. (CSE: LFLR) (OTCQB: LFLRF) has secured more than $7.8 million in new capital through a series of oversubscribed placements, enabling the company to restart gold production operations at its Beacon Gold Mill and Mine in Val d'Or, Quebec. The funding, which includes a non-brokered hard-dollar private placement, a Listed Issuer Financing Exemption offering, and a tax flow-through eligible offering, positions LaFleur to begin generating revenue from its wholly owned mill and advance its nearby Swanson Gold Project.

The Beacon Gold Mill, located on Route 117 in Val d'Or, is capable of processing 750 metric tons of ore per day and is fully permitted to process up to 1.8 million metric tons of tailings. The company plans to commission the mill using an existing stockpile of gold ore for a trial processing run. In addition to processing its own material, LaFleur can provide custom milling services to regional operators, creating a secondary revenue stream. The mill is in a state of readiness pending restart, and the recent capital injection provides the necessary funds to commence operations.

LaFleur Minerals is a Canadian near-term gold producer focused on the eastern edge of the renowned Abitibi gold belt, Canada's largest gold-producing region. The company's strategy leverages district-scale exploration potential combined with existing processing infrastructure, a rare combination in the mining sector. The Swanson Gold Project, located about 60 km south of the mill, offers additional mineralized material that could be processed at Beacon.

The funding details were announced as the company prepares to restart gold production at the Beacon Gold Mine and Mill (https://ibn.fm/B0qKe). The Abitibi Gold Belt is a Tier 1 jurisdiction with a long history of gold production (https://ibn.fm/OqYJZ). LaFleur's ability to restart production quickly, given the mill's readiness, positions the company to capitalize on current gold prices and generate near-term cash flow.

Louis Martin, P.Geo., Exploration Manager and Technical Advisor, has reviewed and approved the scientific and technical information in this article, confirming the company's compliance with NI 43-101 standards. With the new funding, LaFleur Minerals is poised to transition from explorer to producer, creating value for shareholders and contributing to the local mining economy in Quebec.
