These partnerships aim to leverage schools as trusted community hubs to improve access to telemedicine services for students, families, and school personnel.
Under the terms of the agreements, LataMed AI's Venezuelan operating subsidiary will collaborate with each school to create an implementation framework. This framework will allow students, parents, legal guardians, school personnel, and other authorized members of the school communities to access the Company's online medical appointment and telemedicine services, connecting them with participating healthcare providers. The initiatives will focus on online medical appointment scheduling, telemedicine consultations, digital communications, and healthcare information to help families identify and connect with appropriate medical services.
The parties will establish operational, technical, privacy, consent, and safeguarding procedures required for implementation. LataMed AI intends to work with each school to define the scope and rollout of the proposed program, establish enrollment and communication procedures, identify available healthcare services, and coordinate training and educational materials for administrators and families. Any healthcare services provided will be delivered by appropriately qualified professionals, and student participation will require parental or legal guardian authorization, compliance with privacy and data-protection requirements, school safeguarding policies, clinical protocols, and other legal and regulatory mandates.

However, any future expansion would depend on separate discussions, agreements, operational readiness, regulatory considerations, and the availability of qualified healthcare providers.
