LifeQuest World Corp. Announces New BioPipe Orders and Pending Acquisition

LifeQuest World Corp. (OTCID: LQWC), a diversified environmental solutions company, has provided a shareholder update detailing significant commercial momentum across its BioPipe Global subsidiary and the pending acquisition of an environmental services company. The company secured three new purchase orders for BioPipe decentralized sewage and wastewater treatment systems in the Philippines, including orders from an EV distributor showroom, a major hotel brand, and a national gas station network. Additionally, a 20 cubic meters per day system was ordered for a university campus. Management views these orders as a significant acceleration of commercial activity in the rapidly developing Philippine market.

BioPipe units have been successfully delivered to project sites in Spain and Crete, with completion expected in the second quarter of 2026. These installations mark an important milestone for BioPipe's entry into the European market. The company also noted that the BioPipe unit destined for a major European country's embassy in Ethiopia has been fully procured and is awaiting logistics arrangements, representing a high-profile reference deployment in Africa.

The aggregate BioPipe bid and proposal pipeline has grown substantially over the last twelve months, with active opportunities spanning Asia-Pacific, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Management expects that once key projects become operational, they will convert into firm orders.

Regarding the pending acquisition, LifeQuest confirmed that the purchase of an environmental services company and its sister company is on track to close in the second quarter of 2026. The target company reported unaudited revenue of approximately $3.5 million and EBITDA of approximately $250,000 for the fiscal year ended December 2025. The acquisition target has also entered into an engagement with Oberon Securities to raise up to $2 million in equipment financing for a Power Knot biodigester rental program, which is expected to generate recurring revenue.

LifeQuest management commented that the acquisition will add immediate scale, operational depth, and multiple growth vectors to the portfolio. Combined with BioPipe's accelerating global commercial activity, the company believes it is building a unique environmental solutions platform with meaningful value creation potential for shareholders.
