The Lonza Board of Directors announced today the nomination of Stephen Fry as an Independent Member of the Board, pending election at the Lonza Group Annual General Meeting in May 2026. If elected, Fry will also join the People and Governance Committee and the Audit and Compliance Committee.
Fry brings over three decades of pharmaceutical industry experience, having spent his entire career at Eli Lilly and Company. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for 12 years, where he led large-scale organizational transformation and shaped high-performance cultures. His global leadership perspective and expertise in organizational governance, succession planning, and people strategy development are expected to complement the existing board capabilities.
