MAX Power Mining Secures $6 Million from Eric Sprott Warrant Exercise to Accelerate Natural Hydrogen Drilling

MAX Power Mining Corp. (CSE: MAXX; OTC: MAXXF; FRANKFURT: 89N) has received a significant financial boost with the exercise of warrants by prominent investor Eric Sprott, providing the company with $6,004,216.22 in proceeds. The exercise, completed on Aug. 24, 2026, involved 12,138,548 warrants issued through several investments since August 2025. This move underscores confidence in MAX Power's pioneering efforts in the Natural Hydrogen sector.

Following the transaction, Sprott now beneficially owns 47,123,527 shares, representing approximately 24.35% of MAX Power's 193,505,888 issued and outstanding common shares. Additionally, Sprott retains 16.5 million warrants, indicating potential for further investment. The funds are earmarked to accelerate the company's commercial validation drill program at the Lawson Complex in Saskatchewan, where MAX Power is delineating its Natural Hydrogen system—a first for Canada.

CEO Ran Narayanasamy expressed enthusiasm about the capital infusion, stating that it will significantly advance their exploration and development efforts. The Lawson Complex is central to MAX Power's strategy, as it represents Canada's first-ever subsurface Natural Hydrogen system confirmed through deep drilling, with data validated by three independent labs. This positions MAX Power at the forefront of the emerging Natural Hydrogen industry, which could play a crucial role in the global energy transition.

In addition to the financial news, MAX Power announced that President and Director Chad Levesque will present at the Clean Energy & Metals Virtual Investor Conference on Aug. 27, from 1:30-2 p.m. ET. The live online event will provide investors with an opportunity to ask questions in real time, and an archived webcast will be available following the event. This presentation is expected to offer further insights into the company's projects and future plans.

MAX Power is an innovative mineral and energy exploration company focused on the shift to decarbonization. The company has built dominant district-scale land positions across Saskatchewan, with approximately 1.3 million acres (521,000 hectares) of permits covering prime exploration ground prospective for large-volume accumulations of Natural Hydrogen.
