Nicolet Law, through the firm's Midwest Cycling Lawyers branch, proudly sponsored the annual Triple D Winter Race on January 17th in Dubuque County, reinforcing its deep-rooted commitment to Iowa's cycling community. The event featured a variety of cycling and running events with individual distances spanning up to 70 miles, challenging endurance athletes against biting winds and frozen terrain.
Now in its 18th year, the Triple D Winter Race stands as a testament to the hard work, preparation, and determination of its participants, as well as the community that supports them. That shared commitment resonated with Nicolet Law, making the sponsorship a natural fit. Created to address the needs of the cycling community, Midwest Cycling Lawyers focuses on providing practical safety resources and advocacy for riders. The effort is spearheaded by attorney and avid cyclist Christopher Welch, whose experience and insight help guide its work.

As participants gathered at the 7 Hills Brewing Co. Event Center, they had the chance to pick up Nicolet Law custom koozies and Bicycle Accident Cards, courtesy of The Midwest Cycling Lawyers.
Having experienced a serious cycling injury and previously participating in the Triple D Winter Race, Welch brings firsthand perspective to his advocacy and has earned the reputation of "The Midwest's Cycling Lawyer™."
