Nittany Game Week Expands Reach for Sixth Season, Now Broadcasting to Over 24 Million Across Eight States

"Nittany Game Week," the Penn State football pregame show featuring former Nittany Lions coaches Tom Bradley and Jay Paterno, hosted by FOX43 Sports Director Todd Sadowski, returns for its sixth season with an expanded reach. The show will now be available to more than 24 million people across eight states (PA, NY, OH, MD, DE, WV, NJ, and VA), thanks to the addition of FOX 29 Philadelphia to the Nittany Game Week Network. Additionally, the show will be seen on Reach TV in 90 U.S. airports from JFK to LAX, including 48 of the Top 50.

This season marks a significant milestone for the program, which has evolved into a year-round destination for Penn State fans. Beyond the traditional pregame show, "Nittany Game Week" offers exclusive scouting reports, "Impact Interviews," fan questions, and game-day photo submissions. The show continues through May, covering the entirety of Penn State sports.

"We give Nittany Lions fans the kind of insight you can't get anywhere else," says Paterno. "Tom and I bring decades of experience, our guests bring unique perspectives, and with Todd, we're able to preview the game while telling the stories that make Penn State athletics so special, from football in the fall to the entire spectrum of Nittany Lions athletics throughout the year."

The show's expansion reflects its growing popularity and the demand for in-depth coverage of Penn State athletics. By partnering with additional stations and platforms, "Nittany Game Week" ensures that fans across multiple states can access the show's unique blend of analysis and storytelling. The inclusion of Reach TV in major airports also allows travelers to stay connected to Penn State football while on the go.

He was named AP Defensive Coordinator of the Year in 2005 and inducted into the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame in 2021. Jay Paterno brings over 20 years of college coaching experience, including 17 at Penn State, where he led top-ranked recruiting classes, coached two Big Ten MVPs, and helped create one of the conference's most explosive offenses. Todd Sadowski has been a standout in Pennsylvania sports media for over 20 years, anchoring coverage at FOX43 since 2000 with a focus on Penn State football.

The show's continued growth underscores its importance to the Penn State community and its ability to connect fans with the team. As the program expands its reach, it solidifies its role as a premier source for Penn State athletics coverage.
