North Atlantic Titanium Corp. (CSE: NATO) (OTCQB: NATQ.F) (FSE: Y33) has provided additional information regarding its submission for drilling permits at the Everett Titanium-Vanadium-Phosphate project in Havre-Saint-Pierre, Quebec. The company, pursuant to its July 14, 2026 news release, is pleased to detail the program's highlights, which include a compelling mineralogical characterization by Corem and recent verification work focusing on the northern portion of the Everett oxide body.

According to the company, Corem analyzed a composite metallurgical sample from 57 sites across the Everett oxide body and reported that approximately 99% of oxide minerals consist of high-quality hemo-ilmenite characterized by very low magnesium, manganese, and aluminum impurities. Rather than being a direct analogue of the nearby massive hemo-ilmenite orebody at the Lac Tio Mine, the Everett Oxide Body is being drill-tested for its TiO(2) content, low Mg/Mn/Cr hemo-ilmenite, apatite as a potential phosphate coproduct, and vanadium, with potential scandium credits. The project represents a broader Fe-Ti-V-P critical-minerals opportunity than a conventional titanium orebody.

The company holds the 2,406-ha Everett property under option from Romaine River Titanium Inc. Pending are a Permit for Forestry Activities (PAF) and a Permit for Work with Impact (ATI) for the drilling campaign. After obtaining permits, the company will engage in and finance drilling in success-contingent stages. Meanwhile, surface exploration and metallurgical sampling continue.

The diamond drilling plans focus on confirming historical drilling in the northern area of the exposed Everett Oxide Body, totaling approximately 25,000 m across 20 drill pads to be completed in three years or less. The northern area represents about 50% of the Oxide Body's tested surface strike length. The targeted body dips gently, about 20-30°, to the ESE. Forest impacts under the PAF application are minimal as NATO is mostly brushing out historical drill trails for access.

Stage 1 under the ATI application will comprise 6,000 m of widely spaced, west-oriented drilling between Section 9N and 19N along a swath 1,320 m along strike and 600 m down-dip. This stage will delineate the Oxide Body limits, collect samples for assay and metallurgical analyses, and frame follow-up drilling. Stage 2 will comprise success-contingent infill drilling to define a Mineral Resource Estimate, requiring about 19,000 m of diamond drilling. Stage 1 drilling will commence upon acceptance of the ATI application, with Stage 2 likely beginning in late winter 2026-27.

The mineralized unit on the property is an oxide-apatite-gabbronorite spanning more than 6 km of strike length. The Corem composite sample had a weighted-average head grade of 37.0% Fe(2)O(3), 17.4% TiO(2), 0.18% V(2)O(5), and 2.27% P(2)O(5), with a Satmagan measurement of magnetite averaging a very low 0.9%. Importantly, over 99% of the oxides are hemo-ilmenite. The hemo-ilmenite and apatite together comprise over 50% of the sample.

The Everett project is situated in the Grenville Province of eastern Quebec, a region containing major Proterozoic anorthosite-mangerite-charnockite-granite magmatic systems. The Lac Tio deposit, the world's largest hard-rock ilmenite deposit, is only 3 km from Everett. However, while Lac Tio is a massive hemo-ilmenite cumulate with higher magnesium content, Everett is hosted by a layered intrusion with an uncommon jotunite affinity, containing hemo-ilmenite with significantly lower Mg, Mn, Cr, and Al. The Corem hemo-ilmenite sample has a mean MgO content of 0.38%, consistent with an evolved magmatic differentiation model.
