One World Products Provides Update on SEC Reporting, Manufacturing Operations, and EcoBlend Commercialization

One World Products, Inc. (OTCQB: OWPC), the advanced materials company that will operate as Isiah Enterprises, Inc. upon FINRA approval, provided an update Monday on its SEC reporting process, manufacturing operations, and commercialization activities. The company is working with its independent registered public accounting firm to complete remaining audit and review procedures, primarily involving documentation requests and information reconciliation.

The company has completed the acquisition and integration of manufacturing operations in Midland, Michigan, which includes production, compounding, pelletizing, and laboratory capabilities. This facility supports the development and manufacture of sustainable material solutions under the EcoBlend™ platform, which currently includes three product families: EcoBlend™ 1130 (PC/ABS), EcoBlend™ 1140 (TPO), and EcoBlend™ 1150 Series (polypropylene-based compounds with talc or fiberglass fillers). These compounds target automotive interior, exterior, and structural applications.

Customer qualification activities are underway for EcoBlend formulations, with the company supporting evaluation programs at OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. Isiah Thomas, Chairman and CEO, stated, “Our team has focused on completing our SEC reporting requirements while integrating the Midland manufacturing operations and advancing the EcoBlend™ platform. We believe the foundation established over the past year positions the Company to support customer commercialization efforts, expand manufacturing utilization, and pursue long-term growth opportunities within the automotive and industrial sectors.”

Management’s immediate priorities include completing SEC reporting obligations, supporting ongoing customer qualification and commercialization programs, expanding automotive and industrial customer relationships, increasing utilization of the Midland facility, and strengthening the company’s capital structure. The company cautioned that forward-looking statements involve risks, including the ability to convert OEM programs and complete material trials, the timing of customer evaluations, and the availability of working capital.
