Originally established as a large-scale humanitarian initiative targeting approximately 5 million beneficiaries in Bangladesh, Operation Bangladesh was developed as the pilot phase of the broader Shaker Global Poverty Reduction Plan. The initiative operates in alignment with Shaker International Scholarship Programs (SISP), a nonprofit organization registered in Wyoming. As the initiative evolved, a significant portion of the planned allocation expanded into multiple countries while retaining the name Operation Bangladesh to honor its birthplace.
As of the current phase, approximately 4.2 million allocation units have been structured across participating regions, with continued development expected. The updated structure now reflects a multi-continental operational model spanning Asia, Africa, the Americas, and the Pacific region. This expansion establishes structured participation frameworks designed to encourage coordinated engagement among communities, institutional partners, and participating countries.
