The summer collection expands the bakery's seasonal offerings, which have been a staple since its founding in 2007. The entire cake menu remains free from eggs and nuts, a commitment that has defined the bakery's identity for nearly two decades.
The three new cakes each offer a unique taste experience. Coconut Truffle layers moist chocolate sponge with silky ganache and a coconut cream centre, blending chocolate and coconut in a decadent combination. Tiramisu Bliss reimagines the classic Italian dessert as a cake, featuring vanilla sponge soaked in coffee syrup, espresso-infused cream cheese frosting, and a dusting of cocoa. Berry Biscoff pairs the caramelized flavour of Biscoff cookies with strawberry, incorporating vanilla sponge, Biscoff cream, and homemade strawberry compote, finished with fresh strawberries and Biscoff crumbs. All three flavours are also available as individual dessert cups for those seeking a smaller portion.
Rashmi's Bakery has operated as an egg-free and nut-free establishment since its first location opened in Brampton in 2007.
