REALM, the invitation-only global network of luxury real estate advisors, has announced the availability of REALM Intelligence, powered by Scoop, to its entire membership. This new service addresses a critical challenge facing top advisors: the rapid creation and relocation of wealth that is difficult to track manually. The reports provide personalized insights based on a vast dataset and AI analysis, enabling advisors to stay ahead of market trends and client needs.
Each month, REALM members receive an individualized report focused on their specific market, segment, and book of business. The report highlights changes in inventory, pricing, absorption, and days on market, and compares their performance with the network's benchmarks. It also flags aging listings and provides actionable guidance, taking into account MLS rules. Additionally, the report scans public filings and wealth data to identify liquidity events, executive moves, and corporate relocations that could affect the advisor's territory, even naming companies and connections. If a potential client is linked to another REALM member, the report directs the advisor to REALM's connection tools.
The significance of this launch is underscored by REALM's CEO, Julie Faupel, who stated, "The industry has never had a shortage of dashboards. It has had a shortage of answers. A report telling an advisor their market softened last quarter is not intelligence. Telling them where the opportunity is in their market this quarter, and what to do about it, is." With $127 trillion in wealth transferring between generations and trillions more being created, the ability to identify opportunities early is crucial. Early feedback from members like Bob Pennypacker of Sotheby's International Realty and Tasha and Michael Osborne of WEC Real Estate confirms that the reports resonate, with Pennypacker noting, "This is exactly what’s happening in our market."
Developed in collaboration with Scoop, a leader in AI performance management, REALM Intelligence was shaped by a pilot group of REALM advisors who provided feedback on every release. Brad Peters, CEO of Scoop, explained, "REALM’s members are owners, and each one has spent a career learning their own market; you do not build intelligence for people like that from the outside. So we ran it as a loop. The network told us what was useful and what was noise; we turned that judgment into rules the AI applies to every report." This iterative process ensured the reports reflect best practices defined by the network itself.
REALM Intelligence is available immediately to all members, with a second release planned that will focus on wealth migration trends. REALM, with approximately 600 advisors across 23 countries and over 150 brokerage brands, continues to innovate in luxury real estate, offering tools that empower its members to serve their high-net-worth clients more effectively.
