REPLOID Announces 1:15 Stock Split to Enhance Tradability and Attract Retail Investors

REPLOID Group AG, an Austrian company specializing in insect-based upcycling of organic waste, announced plans to execute a stock split at a ratio of 1:15. The move is designed to enhance the tradability of its shares, which have recently traded at around 1,700 euros. The company aims to bring the share price down to approximately 113 euros, making it more affordable and attractive, particularly for retail investors.

The stock split will be subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 14, 2026. If approved, the number of shares will increase from 110,881 to 1,663,215. Each no-par value share will continue to represent a proportionate amount of share capital of EUR 1.00. As a precondition, the Annual General Meeting is expected to resolve on an increase in share capital from company funds, without issuing new shares. This capital increase will be carried out by converting a portion of the unrestricted capital reserves, which were built up from the increase in equity achieved during the 2025 fiscal year.

Philip Pauer, CEO and founder of REPLOID, commented: "REPLOID shares most recently traded at 1,700 euros. If we split today, the price would come in at roughly 113 euros. That's exactly our goal: to make REPLOID stock easier to trade and more attractive, particularly for retail investors."

The stock split is a strategic move to broaden the investor base and increase liquidity. By lowering the price per share, the company hopes to attract more individual investors who may have been deterred by the high price. This could lead to increased trading volume and potentially a more stable shareholder base.

REPLOID Group AG offers an innovative system for the industrial utilization of regional organic residues from the food industry. The company builds and services modular and scalable insect-rearing plants, known as REPLOID ReFarmUnits. In these plants, young Black Soldier Fly larvae supplied by the company receive a site-specific feed mix developed through REPLOID's own research and development, using residual materials from the regional food value chain. After rearing, customers either use the larvae and/or their by-products themselves, or REPLOID takes them back for centralized marketing or further processing.

REPLOID sells the reared larvae either directly or, after further processing into proteins and fats, to customers in the animal feed industry. From the by-products of insect rearing (insect frass), the company produces premium organic fertilizer. With decentralized upcycling on an industrial scale, REPLOID provides an economically attractive solution within the circular economy, efficiently utilizing food residues and unused food to help conserve key resources over the long term.

Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Wels, Austria, REPLOID has a global focus and has been listed since July 2025 on the Vienna Stock Exchange’s direct market plus segment (ticker symbol: HRX5). The Group employs more than 190 people. The company's commitment to sustainability and circular economy principles positions it well in a market increasingly focused on environmental responsibility.
