Scandium Canada Reminds Warrant Holders of Upcoming Expiry; Deadline Approaching

Scandium Canada Ltd. (TSX-V: SCD) is reminding holders of its outstanding share purchase warrants that the warrants will expire at 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, July 8, 2026. The warrants were issued as part of a rights offering that closed on July 5, 2024. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the Company at a price of $0.05 up until the Expiry Date.

Any warrants that remain unexercised after the Expiry Date will expire, be cancelled, and cease to be outstanding, with no shares being issued to the holders. The Company emphasizes that this is a critical deadline for warrant holders who wish to acquire shares at the exercise price.

Because the warrants are held through brokerage firms, holders must take proactive steps to exercise them. The exercise of warrants is voluntary, and holders must instruct their broker to exercise on their behalf. As brokerage firms require advance notice to process exercises, holders are encouraged to contact their broker no later than 3:30 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Monday, July 6, 2026. This internal deadline ensures that brokers have sufficient time to process the instructions before the official Expiry Date.

Holders should contact their broker directly to confirm the specific internal deadlines and exercise procedures applicable to their accounts. General inquiries can be directed to the Company via email at info@scandium-canada.com.

This reminder is significant for shareholders and investors monitoring the Company's capital structure. The exercise of warrants could provide additional funding for Scandium Canada, which is advancing its Crater Lake project in Nunavik, Québec, and developing aluminum-scandium alloys through its subsidiary Scalium+. The Company positions itself as a critical minerals player and aims to secure a North American scandium supply chain.
