Cari McGee has been ranked 43rd among all real estate agents in Washington state in the 2026 WSJ/RealTrends Verified agent rankings, based on 52 closed sales totaling $26.3 million in sales volume in 2025. This marks the second consecutive year McGee has earned a spot on the prestigious list, which recognizes top-producing agents nationally.
The rankings, published by The Wall Street Journal and RealTrends, verify sales data from 2025. McGee’s transaction count places her among the top 1.5% of agents in the United States and makes her the third-ranked individual agent in the Tri-Cities area. Her sales volume of $26.34 million also ranked third in the Tri-Cities and 163rd in the state, a notable achievement given that home prices in the Tri-Cities are among the lowest in any major Washington metro area.
“It’s amazing to think that only a few dozen agents sold more homes than me in the entire state of Washington last year,” McGee said. “Thank you to everyone who put their trust in me and hired me, or referred me to others who hired me. I am so, so grateful.”
The recognition from RealTrends follows other recent honors. At a RE/MAX Northwest awards ceremony in Kennewick, McGee was named the 10th individual RE/MAX agent in Washington state, third individual agent at RE/MAX Northwest (out of more than 200 agents across 11 offices in Washington and Oregon), and the number one RE/MAX agent in Washington for contributions to the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. She also achieved the 2025 RE/MAX Chairman’s Club designation.
McGee attributes her success to a hands-on approach and personal attention to clients. As the only active licensed agent on the Cari McGee Real Estate Team, she works directly with all buyers and sellers. Her clients benefit from a unique rewards program called Rockstar Rewards, which provides perks from local and national businesses. McGee’s listings spent a median of just 10 days on the market in 2025, compared to the market median of 28 days.
“This ranking matters because it demonstrates that even in a market with lower home prices, an agent can achieve top-tier results through dedication and client-focused service,” said McGee. “It also highlights the importance of referral-based business and long-term client relationships.”
McGee has sold more than 650 homes since 2004 and holds over 270 five-star reviews. She has been named the Most Trusted Realtor® in Tri-Cities by BUILD magazine and is a two-time bronze winner of the Tri-Cities Best Real Estate Team award. More information is available at CariMcGee.com.
