Wacker Neuson SE announced a change in its Executive Board, with Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Christoph Burkhard stepping down by mutual agreement effective August 31, 2026, after over five years of service. The company expressed gratitude for his contributions to the sustainable development of the company's structures and organization.
Hans Neunteufel, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, thanked Burkhard for the excellent cooperation and wished him well in future endeavors. Burkhard's departure marks a transition as the company appoints an internal successor with extensive international experience.
Reinhard Frisch, currently Commercial Managing Director of Wacker Neuson Produktion GmbH & Co. KG in Reichertshofen, will assume the role of CFO on September 1, 2026. Frisch has been with the Wacker Neuson Group since 2004 and has held various leadership positions in Germany and abroad, including serving as CFO of Wacker Neuson North America.
Neunteufel expressed satisfaction with appointing an executive from within the organization, highlighting Frisch's international experience as valuable for the position. The leadership change is part of the company's ongoing efforts to strengthen its management team.
