Western Star Resources Unveils Updated Investor Presentation Highlighting U.S. Tungsten Assets and Path to Drilling

Western Star Resources Inc. (CSE: WSR) (OTC: WSRIF) (FRA: 4K2) has released an updated investor presentation that consolidates, for the first time, the company's historical production records, modern exploration results, and strategic plans across its U.S. tungsten projects. The presentation underscores Western Star's transformation from acquiring historically productive assets to actively advancing them toward drilling and potential resource definition.

The company's U.S. tungsten portfolio now centers on three past-producing projects: Eagle Point in New Mexico, and Rowland and White Star in Nevada. Each offers distinct exploration opportunities, collectively providing a pipeline of potential drill targets. At Eagle Point, surface sampling by USGS and NMBGMR returned up to 27.6% WO3, and historical production shipped approximately 1,800 tons of scheelite-bearing material. The company is targeting a maiden drilling program in 2026 to test historically identified skarn mineralization, with the objective of potentially preparing a maiden NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate.

In Nevada, the Rowland and White Star projects have generated modern geochemical and geophysical data, including soil samples defining a one-kilometre corridor and rock samples returning up to 4.02% WO3 at Rowland and 3.00% WO3 at White Star. These results have identified principal target areas, and drill permitting has commenced for the consolidated Jarbidge–Charleston district.

The presentation also highlights the company's strategy to leverage U.S. critical-mineral policies, including potential non-dilutive funding opportunities. Western Star has submitted an application to a U.S. Defense Industrial Base Consortium solicitation, though no assurance of funding exists. CEO Blake Morgan emphasized the disciplined approach: define targets, obtain permits, drill the best opportunities, and advance toward compliant resources.

Beyond tungsten, the company holds the Western Star Property in British Columbia, permitted for multi-pad drilling, providing additional optionality. The updated presentation is available on the company's website at www.westernstarresources.com.
