Western Star Resources Inc. has released the results of a district-scale three-dimensional geophysical inversion across its Rowland and White Star tungsten properties in Elko County, Nevada, revealing buried and partially exposed intrusive bodies and refining the fault network believed to have channeled mineralizing fluids into the tungsten skarn system. The modeling, conducted by Warren Hughes, P.Geo., of East Coast Consulting, integrates magnetic data into a 3D susceptibility model that extends well beyond mapped outcrops, substantially enlarging the search space for high-grade tungsten mineralization.

The most significant outcome is the spatial correlation between the modeled intrusive contacts and the company's highest-grade rock chip samples: 4.02% WO3 at Rowland and 3.00% WO3 at White Star, both reported in July 2026. These samples sit directly on the contact between the modeled intrusive rocks and carbonate host, adjacent to interpreted structural corridors. This alignment underscores the validity of the tungsten skarn model, which requires an intrusion to drive the system, reactive carbonate host rocks, and structures to focus hydrothermal fluids.

Approximately 25 kilometers of structures have been interpreted in two dominant orientations—northeast-southwest and northwest-southeast—representing the first property-scale structural framework for the district. These structures are interpreted as the conduits that fed the skarn system, providing critical vectors for future drilling. The inversion also resolves geology beneath extensive Quaternary cover on the eastern flank, offering an exploration path into previously inaccessible ground.

The magnetic domains correspond closely with the geological mapping by Coats (1964), lending confidence to both datasets. The inversion adds depth and continuity, revealing how the intrusive bodies extend at depth and how the intrusive-carbonate contact runs beneath cover. This refined geological model will be used to update the district's understanding and guide next-phase exploration.

CEO Blake Morgan commented, "This is the result we were hoping for. The inversion has modeled intrusive bodies spatially associated with areas where we sampled high grade tungsten values, and it has mapped the faults that we believe carried the fluid there. That is the tungsten skarn recipe, and we can now see it in three dimensions across the whole district. Better still, the modeled intrusives are more extensive than has been previously mapped, which means the ground that has produced our best rock chips continues into untested areas."

Soil geochemistry results from the Phase 2 program are expected shortly and will be integrated with the inversion model, structural framework, and geological mapping to define and rank drill targets. Follow-up field mapping and sampling will refine the geological model, and the resulting targets will support the drill program and permitting process.

In addition, Western Star announced it has satisfied the first performance milestone under the option agreement for the Rowland project. The milestone required a 30% increase in claim area and identification of at least three rock-chip samples grading above 2.0% WO3. The company expanded the claim package from 84 hectares to 221 hectares, a 165% increase, and reported four samples exceeding 2.0% WO3, including 4.02%, 2.69%, 2.56%, and 2.11%. As a result, the company will issue 500,000 common shares to the vendors, valued at the 10-day volume-weighted average price preceding the verification date.

The technical information in this release has been reviewed by Jasper Mowatt, a qualified person under NI 43-101. The company also noted that the interpretations require confirmation by drilling.
