Wrap Technologies Launches WrapTactics LMS, Completing Training Foundation for Non-Lethal Response Systems

Wrap Technologies (NASDAQ: WRAP) has announced the commercial launch of its WrapTactics Learning Management System (LMS), a digital platform designed to deliver training and certification management for its non-lethal response technologies, including the BolaWrap 150. This launch completes the training foundation of the company's WrapShield six-tier human-centered response architecture, which integrates hardware, software, and training to provide a comprehensive public safety solution.

The LMS offers digital learning, immersive virtual reality training, compliance reporting, and mobile learning capabilities. It is intended to support the deployment of Wrap's non-lethal technologies across various sectors. The timing of this launch is significant, following the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives' 2026 classification of the BolaWrap 150 as an instrument of restraint rather than a firearm or weapon. This classification is expected to expand procurement opportunities beyond traditional law enforcement markets, opening doors to private security, healthcare, corrections, education, and transportation sectors.

Wrap Technologies aims to leverage the LMS to create a recurring subscription revenue stream through ongoing certification, curriculum updates, and compliance services. The platform is also designed to be scalable, with plans to incorporate AI-assisted training assessment, additional digital certifications, advanced analytics, and partner-developed content. This strategic move positions the company to target federal, defense, and international opportunities, broadening its market reach.

The BolaWrap 150, a patented device, deploys a multi-sensory distraction of sight and sound as a first response, followed by a non-lethal restraint if escalation is required. It is not pain-based and does not shoot, strike, shock, or incapacitate, but rather helps officers manage non-compliant subjects during the pre-escalation phase of the force continuum. Used by over 1,000 agencies across the U.S. and in 60 countries, the BolaWrap is backed by training certified by the International Association of Directors of Law Enforcement Standards and Training (IADLEST).

In addition to the BolaWrap, Wrap Technologies offers a portfolio of public safety solutions, including the Wrap Reality immersive training platform, WrapVision body-worn camera system, and next-generation counter-unmanned aircraft systems (C-UAS) like PAN-DA and the 1KC Kinetic Anti-Drone Cassette. The WrapVision camera, powered by IONODES, features streamlined cloud integration and a made-in-America roadmap projected for early 2026, ensuring data integrity and addressing concerns over foreign surveillance risks.

The launch of WrapTactics LMS is a pivotal development for Wrap Technologies, as it not only completes the training infrastructure for its non-lethal tools but also establishes a platform for recurring revenue and market expansion. By integrating training with technology deployment, the company is positioning itself as a comprehensive provider of public safety solutions, potentially reshaping how non-lethal response tools are adopted and utilized across various industries.
